Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in health related field, plus 5 years related experience in leadership role.
Duties: Direct daily operations of the All for Kids Pediatric Clinic and the Texarkana Community Clinic. Schedule and coordinate nursing duties, vacations, etc. Participate in hiring, discipline, increases and other employee management functions. Provide student education, both allied health and residents. Develop and implement chronic disease management programs for asthma and COPD, following EBM guidelines and consistent with PCMH standards
